- Culinary advice to optimize the taste and smell of the truffle (the father of the truffle grower has written a book on this subject)
- Training the dog
If some people are interested, the discussion could also turn to the search for sources and bad waves, as the truffle grower's father is also a dowser
3) Searching for the truffle (cavage) with the dog
4) Tasting: mini omelette + 4 truffle toasts made with real truffles, without any artificial flavouring added, accompanied by 2 glasses of wine or fruit juice and a coffee.
