Stroll through its picturesque streets, discover its many art galleries and its Renaissance castle. You will appreciate this charming village where life is good!

GORDES 

During your weekend, plan to visit the remarkable village of Gordes during the day or at sunset: stop at the Bel-Air rock. The view on the village will plunge you into a moment out of time...

A visit to the Abbey of Notre-Dame-de-Sénanque, a Cistercian monastery, a jewel of Romanesque art, is (almost!) mandatory. Don't miss the caves of the Saint-Firmin palace, a man-made semi-troglodyte site dug into the rock that bears witness to the village's craft activities in the Middle Ages. Wander through its winding streets, admire its dry stone buildings and its castle. If you have a little time, take the road 4km from Gordes! Take a tour of the famous village of the bories which houses several huts built in dry stone.

We suggest you to discover the Baude rocks in Robion. This nice walk on the terrace of a limestone cliff will plunge you in the heart of nature between forest and scrubland. Here again, wait until the sunset: you will be amazed!

Between the scrubland and the banks of the Durance, this walk promises you beautiful surprises in the heart of a calm and natural space. You can admire and hear several species of birds singing. Sit down. Listen. Awaken your senses. Don't forget your binoculars to observe the species up close, and your camera to immortalize this moment together in the middle of nature.  

A romantic lunch or dinner  

What if lunch or romantic dinner rhymed with a picnic? After walking along the botanical path of the Sainte-Cécile gardens, go to the threshing floor for a romantic picnic: the exceptional view of the village of Oppède-le-Vieux will surely seduce you!
