Sommaire
La Cavale, wine tourism experiences and organic wines.
Come and (re)discover the Luberon at La Cavale, through their organic wines, which reflect the vision of owner Paul Dubrule.
The team at La Cavale is offering you the chance to discover their wine-making and ageing cellar. During this visit, you'll be immersed in the work of their cellar master. The tour ends with a tasting of their full range of wines. The black glass allows you to taste the wine blind without being influenced by the colour of the wine.
It took 7 years, 7 years of work since 2010 for architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte to bring Paul Dubrule's project to life by building a superb winery, a sign of the renewed vitality of the Cavale vineyard. The owner's brief was clear: no luxurious Bordeaux-style cellars, and to retain a southern identity: quality, elegance, without ostentation. "I didn't want it to be a closed museum, but a place to discover, where "you can enter without being invited".
