The gîte, open for seasonal rental all year round, offers a surface area of 55 m² + 15 m² on an under-sloped mezzanine and can accommodate up to five people. It is south facing and has air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing. Linen - tea towels - is provided. 12 place settings dishwasher.
The bedroom on the ground floor is very comfortable with its large double bed (160x200), a TV and a mosquito net window. On the ground floor is also the bathroom equipped with a washing machine, a hair dryer. A toiletry kit is provided for each holidaymaker. Separate WC.
On the mezzanine, you access a small bedroom with two single beds and an open space above the living room which offers 1 extra bed for a fifth traveler. The mezzanine is an ideal space for children, they can play there apart and sleep there in the small bedroom where the sloping ceiling is 1.80 m at the highest.
The outdoor space is hidden from view behind its wooden palisades. On the double shaded terrace is a garden table, deckchairs and the electric BBQ.
One of the strong points of the gîte is its location 250 meters from the center of the village and the small shops. However, the rental is in a private driveway, quiet.
The cottage has a very good wifi internet connection, including from the garden. A parking space is reserved for vacationers on the property.
