Behind this local boy's desire for Sunday dishes, it is his love of southern cooking and his passion for family meals that guides him. Loin of farm pig with porcini mushrooms, oysters from the Thau Basin opened on the barbecue, risotto of small spelt with fish soup or monkfish bourride... so many dishes to share, at the table, together.
