Freed from the Chefs with whom he was trained (Gérald Passédat, Prevot), he draws with his inspiration simplicity, freshness and kindness. In the heart of Provence Régis Buisson tells a story of tradition in evolution: “There are many inspirations but the first one comes from the product. And I have to admit that in Provence I am lucky. This region, MY region, is a top-notch pantry.” The meat comes directly from a virtuoso producer who specifically selects the pieces. The fish is coming from our shores. As for fruits and vegetables, in the Luberon, you only have to bend down and pick them up.

It was with great taste and energy that Régis and his wife Nathalie transformed the village's old hardware store into an intimate place with soft tones and refined decoration. In the dining room, Nathalie, speaks to about twenty cutlery, elegantly erect, which allow you to discover an open-air patio.
