Sommaire
With a protected Ventoux appellation, the estate's production gives generous, fruity and richly flavoured wines. The tasting is done at the cellar which is located on the road to Gordes after the roundabout coming from Isle/Sorgue.
It was in 2017 that the Marsaleix estate decided to create its own cellar and produce its own wines.
For Joël Marsaleix, wine is first and foremost a matter of life, hence his desire to place nature at the heart of his project. Always in search of the best, he trained at the Wine University of Suze-la-Rousse in viticulture and oenology.
In 2012, he decided to restructure the vineyard and selected grape varieties perfectly adapted to the terroir.
The 11 hectares of the Domaine are managed organically, a direction taken in 2013. He chose the Phoenix as the emblem of the Domaine, which by its perpetual rebirth symbolises nature, which renews itself each year to give the best of itself (Birth and Rebirth).
